Pod Lososiem is a restaurant with a long tradition and history, the roots of which date back to the last years of the sixteenth century. The biggest assets today are the interiors. The restaurant was decorated in an 18th-century Rococo style full of antiques, paintings, and old furniture. There are three multi-level dining rooms for more than 100 people. The menu includes traditional Polish dishes. The restaurant offers also famous Goldwasser ( herbal liqueur containing small flakes of 22 karat gold) which is strictly connected with this place. In 1598 Dutchman Ambroży Vermollen establish there an inn and a liqueur factory, and the Goldwasser was its most popular product.
