The Prologue restaurant is located on the Motława River in a charming building built on the ruins of the Teutonic castle from the 13th century. Although the walls are old, the interior of the restaurant is modern and elegant. The menu card is - as the owners say - creative and differs depending on the season. It is based on Mediterranean and South-French cuisine. The specialty of the restaurant is also bread - sourdough, which is made thanks to natural fermentation and is hand-formed. The Prologue also offers a wide wine list.

The restaurant, which has existed for more than 20 years, specialized in the traditional cuisine, some of the dishes came from the 17th-century recipes. The restaurant also has an extensive wine list - over 370 different types. This is also referred to the tradition of this place. Well-known astronomer Jan Hevelius about 400 years ago in this place stored his collection of wines here. The restaurant place is for about 100 people.
