Familia Bistro Garbary
Bistro Familia served traditional Vilnius cuisine. According to the restaurant owner, all the recipes come from his family's indescribable cookbook. Each of the dishes was prepared earlier either by the mother or grandmother of the owner, who lived in Vilnius. Vilnius, today capital of Lithuania, before the Second World War belonged to Poland. The specialty of the restaurant is dumplings: Kibiny with crispy pastry, Manty – steamed dumplings, and Kolduny. In a menu, it is to find also Czanachy - a kind of beef stew and a couple of soups.
The restaurant is located in one of the oldest buildings in Gdansk. It was built around 1300 and it was initially used as a coach house for the Golden Gate building. During the Teutonian Orders, it was rebuilt into an inn. The interior is a mix of elegant Thai arrangement and the old coach house walls. The restaurant offers an extensive menu from many different parts of Thailand. The dishes are prepared only by Thai chefs.

The interior of this place - according to the owners - refers to the traditional atmosphere of the Old Gdansk port with the photos and advertisement made before Second World War on the walls, and heavy wooden tables and benches as well as a solid, big bar.

Piwna47 Food & Wine Bar is a small, but elegant restaurant near to the St. Mary's Basilica. The inner of the restaurant refers to the French and Italian tradition. It offers the international cuisine, but the menu features also a regional cuisines accents. Specializes in meat and fish dishes. Pod Lososiem is a restaurant with a long tradition and history, the roots of which date back to the last years of the sixteenth century. The biggest assets today are the interiors. The restaurant was decorated in an 18th-century Rococo style full of antiques, paintings, and old furniture. There are three multi-level dining rooms for more than 100 people. The menu includes traditional Polish dishes. The restaurant offers also famous Goldwasser ( herbal liqueur containing small flakes of 22 karat gold) which is strictly connected with this place. In 1598 Dutchman Ambroży Vermollen establish there an inn and a liqueur factory, and the Goldwasser was its most popular product.

Rada Miasta Food & Wine is a restaurant located in the cellars of beautiful Old Town Hall building at Korzenna Street. It was built in Dutch Manierism style in the 16th century. The restaurant, which has existed for more than 20 years, specialized in the traditional cuisine, some of the dishes came from the 17th-century recipes. The restaurant also has an extensive wine list - over 370 different types. This is also referred to the tradition of this place. Well-known astronomer Jan Hevelius about 400 years ago in this place stored his collection of wines here. The restaurant place is for about 100 people.
