We enjoyed a lovely dinner here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Plenty of selection, small plates of tapas, sharing boards and main courses too. Good selection Spanish wines to accompany the food. Service good and we thoroughly enjoyed all the food we ordered. No issues with dietary requirements.

The food was very tasty and full of flavor, the different spices really came through. I just found some of the portk dishes were too salty, luckily there were other flavors and sauces to reduce the saltiness. Everything else was great. The staff were friendly and tentative.

We had a wonderful experience at Hora de España and can definitely see why it’s so popular. The menu offers a fantastic variety of options, especially when it comes to tapas/mezzes — everything we tried was incredibly tasty and full of flavor. The selection of beverages is also impressive, and the house wine is absolutely delicious — highly recommended! One dish that truly stands out is the paella — it’s a must-try. Perfectly cooked, rich in flavor, and simply unforgettable. The service deserves special mention as well. The staff are attentive, friendly, and always nearby, ready to help with recommendations and make sure everything is just right. The only thing to keep in mind is that both locations (1.0 and 2.0) tend to be quite busy, which really speaks to their popularity. It’s a good idea to book a table in advance. Also, the tables are placed fairly close to each other, so it can get a bit noisy during peak hours. Overall, a fantastic place with great food, lovely atmosphere, and excellent service — we’ll definitely be coming back!

Highly recommend the paella marinara: large mussels, all seafood cooked to perfection. Served piping hot. Spanish cheese plates is beautifully presented and the flavors are beautiful as well. Olive oil is very fresh. Within close walk to Old town main street. Reservations recommended. Two dining rooms - use separate entrances from the street. Great atmosphere for small dinner parties. Great servers.
