The massage itself was good — professional, relaxing, and genuinely enjoyable. Unfortunately, this was the only positive part of the experience. The spa package was advertised (both in the description and in the photos) as including prosecco and a box of chocolates. This was one of the main reasons we chose this package. The day before our visit, we specifically spoke to reception because I am vegan and wanted to take the box of chocolates with us. Despite this, during the actual spa visit the advertised box of chocolates was not provided at all. Instead, we were given completely different chocolates that were not part of the advertised package. This is not a minor detail — it is misrepresentation of what is being sold. If a package is marketed with prosecco and a box of chocolates, both items should be provided exactly as advertised. Otherwise, the description and photos should be changed. It is disappointing that such a high-quality massage experience is undermined by poor management and lack of attention to what is promised to guests. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and reviews how spa packages are presented and delivered.
