Incredible food and beautifully presented. This place is an incredible lunch and the herring melted in our mouth along with local cheeses and homemade bread. Highly recommend for a light lunch as you tour the beautiful streets of Gdansk. Thank you Simon for a great experience.
Pomelo was for a long time on my restaurant list that I wanted to visit. I decided to go there finally with my coworker for a late brunch. The place is really popular and you can expect maybe a longer wait if you want to get a table but it doesn’t take too long. I’d say that both of our meals were okay, I have to give special reward to THE BREAD. Was absolutely delicious. Coffee was very delicious as well. Overall I recommend this place for a breakfast but rather if you like eggs!
🍳🥪It is known for its brunch and breakfast served until 1:00 PM, with dishes such as Eggs Benedict, bagels 🥯pancakes 🥞 and 🌶️🫑vegetarian options. ‼️Mixed experience - I arrived here on a Saturday morning, at 9 AM, when several tables were already occupied. My husband and I occupied a table for 4 people, we ordered and were served immediately with drinks, the food took longer app ⏳30 minutes. Around 🕙 9:45 AM the rest of our group arrived, consisting of a family of 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) and our son. We considered it appropriate and natural to move all of us together to a larger table. But this was not allowed by the restaurant staff, citing various aberrant reasons, from my point of view. We remained separated until my husband and I finished eating and after paying the bill, we joined the others at their table. We returned in 2 days, but this time we booked a table for 7 people from the beginning. ❣️The food was what made us come back. Except for this inconvenience/incident, everything went well… the food was tasty and very nicely presented. ⚠️I recommend greater flexibility of the staff in their relationship with customers. Our last morning in Gdansk, and what a fantastic breakfast. Lovely fresh bread, Polish Bacon and eggs. For me the Eggs benedict, with smoked salmon which was 10/10. Do take the time to visit, its a great way to start the day ... Thank you
Very good food made with locally sourced ingredients, everything we had for dinner was delicious and made us come back for breakfast next day. The duck leg was so tasty and the beef tartare with their homemade butter and bread was amazing. For breakfast we tried the eggs Benedict with salmon, perfect poached egg with runny yolk. Kris was very nice and welcoming, excellent customer service and very knowledgeable about the menu. Definitely recommend this place for a lovely meal.
