European Traditional Bistro Familia served traditional Vilnius cuisine. According to the restaurant owner, all the recipes come from his family's indescribable cookbook. Each of the dishes was prepared earlier either by the mother or grandmother of the owner, who lived in Vilnius. Vilnius, today capital of Lithuania, before the Second World War belonged to Poland. The specialty of the restaurant is dumplings: Kibiny with crispy pastry, Manty – steamed dumplings, and Kolduny. In a menu, it is to find also Czanachy - a kind of beef stew and a couple of soups.
