Visited the viewing terrace for a coffee .As beautiful as the view and the location are, the customer service and the understaffed Cafe Reduta deserve one star only. Summer season, top tourist location and they only had 2 young girls, one cashier and one preparing coffees etc while both were doing ad hoc table service at the same time. At the time with 8 people waiting in line and about 10 others sitted already, waiting time just for a coffee was unacceptable. This in my case was 15-20min (saying 20, as the coffee was seriously spilled at the moment of serving after initial 15 min wait and I was left with a quarter of coffee missing in the cup, so I requested a top up or a new coffee, which I eventually got without a single word or an apology. I would suggest the owner to reconsider what serving customers really means, specially during peak times at top tourist attractions such as Westerplatte.
Superb food. If it was not the last day I would eat here every day, and prices are more than reasonable as well
We had a wonderful experience at Mesa Restaurant with its beautiful sea view. Everything is prepared fresh and made to order using high-quality ingredients. You can really feel that the chef puts his heart into the food — every dish tastes amazing. The waiting time can be a bit long, but it’s absolutely worth it because everything is cooked fresh. Highly recommended!
