Fish soup very tasty. Octopus over 30€ it was a ripoff. 2 small pieces. Check only in polish at the end. Very confusing. Paid 70 zlots for service not sure why they charge. Seated at table without silverware nor napkins. Margherita (nor sure about her name in polish) the waitress was the best part of our dinner! Seafood platter was good.
We had a fabulous meal at Fishmarkt on our last night in Gdansk - we would have definitely returned if we didn’t have to come home! We had the tuna salad which was delicious and the tapas seafood platter for two which was incredible. Service was also fantastic. Highly recommend!!
The Bouillabaisse was excellent! it had a generous amount of seafood and was full of flavor. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. The service was also fast and very friendly, which made the experience even better. Definitely recommended!
A superb seafood experience! We had heard great things about Targ Rybny Fishmarkt, but reality exceeded our expectations. We started with two soups: the lobster soup, which was incredibly smooth, creamy, and rich in flavor, and the seafood soup, a true burst of freshness. The absolute star of the meal, however, was the fish platter. It was simply extraordinary—a generous selection, cooked flawlessly, proving exactly why everyone praises the quality and freshness of their ingredients. To perfectly complement the seafood, we enjoyed an excellent Austrian white wine, which was crisp and very refreshing. A beautiful location, premium food, and an unforgettable meal. I wholeheartedly recommend it!
Beautiful restaurant, inside and out. Our food was excellent. Our waiter though, whew that guy was definitely not into it. No conversation, he checked on us once brought me the wrong beer, but turned away so fast I wasn't able to mention it. Otherwise great restaurant. As others have mentioned, it was pretty expensive.
