Lovely staff and lovely food. We had Oliwia who served us today and she spoke beautiful English and was very helpful, too. The chef tailored my omlette to my liking. This place also offers gluten free food and bagels for an extra cost of 9zl which works out to be around 2 pounds. There is an option to sit outside as well. Plenty of tables but inside is very clean, colourful and inviting. The omlettes are certainly fluffy and portions are ideal, they come with a side salad of freshly mixed leaves and sauce - which can also be placed on the side if you choose that option. We ended up eating here on several mornings and want to say a special thank you to Julia who was looking after us on all 3 other occasions. She also recommend a lovely place for really delicious ice cream, the name of the place is called Bosko! Thank you Julia, wishing you all the best! We will be back! Thank you 😊
I enjoyed a great ham & mushroom Omelette breakfast at Balans along with a perfect smooth Latte coffee. Thank you so much to the prompt, efficient and lovely welcoming staff. (I had originally planned to go to Pomelo café, but they were closed, which was their loss and my gain by finding Balans next door instead)
Best Breakfast / Brunch in Gdansk. We went here 2 of our 5 days in the city. Great Bagels, and a good coffee! Nice place to sit outside when the sun is shining! Can definitely recommend!
We came here for breakfast and had such a lovely time! The atmosphere was cozy and perfect for catching up. The bagel was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and made with care. The coffee was excellent, and we also tried matcha, which was really well prepared and tasty. It’s a great spot if you’re looking for options, as they offer plant-based milk and vegetarian dishes too.
