Elegant, charming, and full of character, Chleb i Wino offers an incredible dining experience. But what truly impressed me was the food. From the perfectly prepared meats to the delicious pasta dishes, everything we tried was absolutely outstanding. Honestly, I would give the food a *20/10!*🍝🥩✨ There is something incredibly special about enjoying a delicious meal while surrounded by the beauty and history of a city like Gdańsk. It becomes more than just dinner it becomes part of the travel experience and one of those memories you take home with you. If you are visiting Gdańsk, **do not miss this place!** You will love it. ❤️ And if you don’t speak Polish, don’t worry at all the staff speaks English, so you can simply relax, enjoy the atmosphere, and indulge in the food. *Gdańsk is already unforgettable, but discovering places like Chleb i Wino makes the journey even more memorable. 🇵🇱❤️✨*
Our favourite dining experience during our recent trip to Gdansk. Made to feel welcome on arrival and that continued throughout our dinner. Food all delicious and the dry ice used in the wine cooler was spectacular. Cocktails amazing! Fantastic atmosphere. Highly recommend, we reserved this and glad we did as it was very busy.
Excellent restaurant in the heart of the old city, very tasty food, the dish I ordered was large, the waitress was kind, smiling and very professional. I give the restaurant a 5 star rating and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to eat in a good atmosphere and enjoy excellent food and service. Many thanks to the lovely waitress ❤️
We went here for a late breakfast one morning and were seated straight away, as it wasn’t very busy at that time. The prices were very reasonable given the quantity and quality of the food we received, in comparison to what we would get in our own country. We ordered what seemed to be a breakfast special, which included orange juice and a coffee for 55 PLN, and it was excellent value. The restaurant itself is really nicely designed inside, creating a pleasant atmosphere. There were plenty of staff, and everyone we interacted with was very friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed our breakfast and would definitely recommend it.
Food was nice, had a very creamy tagliatelle with beef loin and Turkey tender loin, however the Hassleback potato was neither thoroughly cooked or my preference crisp, the gravy was luke warm, however tasty and reasonably portioned. Popular, with several parties, so quite noisy. Service was quick although less than polite, our waiter was not at his best, undermining his colleagues efforts. The ambience could be likened to an amusement arcade with the purple strip lighting.
