It was our first time coming here - the atmosphere is stylish and modern, with a great balance between an upscale restaurant and a relaxed lounge. We started with the artichoke salad, which was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. For mains, we ordered the beef medallions and the shokupan with ribs. The beef medallions were perfectly cooked, tender, and served with well-balanced accompaniments that complemented the meat without overpowering it. The shokupan with ribs was a standout dish—soft, fluffy bread paired with incredibly tender, flavourful ribs that practically melted off the bone. Drinks were amazing - flavourful, well prepared and presented.
I gave the atmosphere a low score because I was on my own outside with no other customers which I didn't mind but there was no background music or anything going on this could also be time of day and the day I was there. Having said that the food was very nice the service was very good and I would recommend a visit. If there's a group of you, you'll make your own atmosphere.
You HAVE to dine here. I don't leave reviews often but this place is an absolute gem, and extra points for being open until 2am. For such an unforgettable atmosphere the prices are well within reason so they make it easy to leave your waiter a big tip😂 ended up dining here both saturday and sunday (truffle tartare and duck balls in the photo, but the carbonara and duck filet is great too)
