We came here for a quick bite and got the grilled Padron peppers and the Trump Nachos (mostly because the name is hilarious) and both were delicious. This is our fourth time at Billy’s and our second time at this location, and everything has always been very tasty. Our waitress was Marta and she was very professional and friendly and made sure we had everything we needed.
We had a wonderful dining experience! The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. Every dish was prepared perfectly and exceeded our expectations. The view of the harbor of Gdansk was also absolutely beautiful, which made the whole experience even more special. We ended up dining here on two days in a row because our first visit impressed us so much that we came back again the very next day. A special thank you to our waitress, Julia, who was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our visit. She made us feel very welcome and ensured that everything was perfect from beginning to end. Her warm smile and excellent service made our experience even more enjoyable. Overall, everything was perfect—the food, the atmosphere, the beautiful view, and especially the outstanding service. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience. Thank you, Julia!
For the price we are honestly underwhelmed. €35 for steak and fries, kinda expecting to be wow’d at that price. In particular, the salads, sauces and corn left a lot to be desired. The sauces tasted like they came from jars. Both our steaks tasted better without them. :/ service was really good, and the peanut butter shake hit too. Californian steak was very nice, the quality i expect for the price — but was let down by the sides and lackluster Ohio(?) steak we also ordered. But ngl at €35 a steak i’m expecting more than just a ‘this is nice’ experience. we spent roughly the same amount at Port Fromage (same area), and were really impressed with every aspect of the meal.
Been here today for tea. Had a lovely meal. Had the sharer starter, it was perfect. We both had a burger for main, they were both cooked how we asked for them to be cooked. All food was very nice. Our server, Adam was a nice lad. He was friendly and service was spot on. We will return when we visit gdansk again.
We spotted Billy’s American Restaurant while walking along the Pirate Ship waterfront in Gdańsk, and it turned out to be such a fun stop for the night! It’s the perfect place to grab larger than life drinks and some yummy comfort food after exploring the area. It was nice to have a little taste of home while traveling. They clearly put a lot of effort into making it feel authentically American, and they do a great job with it. The creative cocktails were especially fun and definitely added to the experience. The food was good and felt very close to home, and the atmosphere was lively, relaxed, and enjoyable. The service was pleasant but incredibly slow. I was thankful we werent in a rush and could enjoy a leisurely dinner. Overall, a really fun place to stop if you’re in Gdańsk and want good drinks, comforting food, and a casual American vibe.
