A Beautiful Dining Experience in Gdańsk During my vacation in Poland, I had the pleasure of visiting this beautiful restaurant in Gdańsk (śliwaka w kompot), and it was definitely one of those places that catches your attention from the moment you arrive. The location offers a breathtaking view of the city, creating the perfect backdrop for a relaxed and enjoyable meal. I especially loved the atmosphere elegant yet comfortable, with a beautiful and refreshing entrance that immediately gives you a sense of what to expect inside. And, of course, the food deserves a special mention. Everything we tried was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The dessert was absolutely unforgettable! 🍰✨ I’ll let the photos speak for themselves, and I’ll add the names of the dishes if I can remember them correctly. There is, however, one aspect of my experience that I feel is worth mentioning: the service. The gentleman who initially attended to us was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. Unfortunately, as our visit continued, his attitude seemed to change, and what started as a very pleasant interaction became somewhat uncomfortable. I believe moments like this are part of the hospitality experience, and they can be handled with grace. When there is a misunderstanding or something isn’t completely clear, asking questions and seeking clarification can make all the difference. A calm and thoughtful response can turn an uncomfortable moment into an opportunity to create an even better experience for the guest. Despite that moment, I genuinely enjoyed this place. The beautiful views, peaceful atmosphere, and delicious food made the visit memorable. Gdańsk itself is a beautiful city, and having the opportunity to enjoy a meal in a setting like this made my trip even more special. *Beautiful views, delicious food, and a lovely atmosphere definitely worth experiencing when visiting Gdańsk. 🇵🇱❤️*
This is one of the best restaurants I've ever been to. The food was absolutely outstanding, and every dish exceeded my expectations. I'm sure that every time I visit the beautiful city of Gdańsk, I'll come back to this restaurant without a second thought. Highly recommended!
The rooftop bar is very beautiful, and the location is excellent. The views from the bar's windows and balconies are absolutely stunning, offering a unique perspective of the city. The selection of drinks is more than sufficient, and you can easily find something that suits your taste. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and professional. On Sunday evening, there were plenty of free tables available, but as midnight approached, the venue filled up quickly and people started queuing outside. However, it is definitely worth the wait, as you will get to experience Gdańsk from a completely different perspective at night. I highly recommend this place—it was one of my favorite experiences in the city. ❤️👍
I had an amazing experience at Śliwka w Kompot! The rib festival is an absolute must — the food was delicious and truly unforgettable. Everything was perfectly prepared, and the portions were generous. I left more satisfied than ever. For a full meal with wine, we paid only 190 PLN, which is very reasonable considering the quality of the ingredients and the size of the dishes. Definitely great value for money! Highly recommended — I’ll be coming back for sure!
