We were staying at the hotel in the same building and came here just for a few drinks and the bar didn't disappoint. We ordered a beer tasting flight and received a great explanation of the varieties and flavor profiles. Upon request, the bartender also made an Old Fashioned with rye whiskey that was perfectly balanced. The other drinks where also very good. Highly recommended!
My beer was amazing. It was something I hadn't had before. Wish we had it back home. The pizza unfortunately lacked freshness and was very thin. It lacked flavor as well. The service was good though. The folks that work there are really nice. I'm sure they have other food that's better just wouldn't recommend the Margherita pizza.
Very tasty food, good atmosphere, heaters and blankets outside. Service was a bit slow but that was fine as we weren't in a rush. We visited on a Friday and Saturday nights and managed to get a table easily on both nights, though it was busy. The live music was good, it's not loud when sitting outside. Nice restaurant, though we had just as nice food, for less money, further down the main street, nearer to the river
Wonderful place with friendly staff and the most amazing food. We had the cod and pork nuckle which were both delicious. Had a goldwasser too! Saturdays include live music. Thank you Anastasia for the fantastic service. Highly recommend Pan Papuga if you're traveling to Gdansk.
🎸🦜We are amazed by this place. I personally love the decoration and the history behind the name. That’s a very artistic bar that is helping local musicians hiring them for gigging while you eat which is superb, and as a musician myself, i pay huge attention to that kind of attitude and philosophy. It’s a warm artistic place with painted graffiti walls and we feel good and at home. The food is great as you see in the pictures from breakfast to diner you have great choices and a big menu to chose from with correct pricing. I strongly recommand the Jajecznica na goffre breakfast and the half duck dinner. They have also great beers and live music. Big Thanks for the service quality of Weronika, Nastia (Anastazja) and Michal, and the reservation by Yulia. They were great to us, very patient, professional and good people. They were open for christmas and despite working on that day kept their smile on with good attitude, love it. Also one of the few restaurants in poland who serves free carafe water. My favorite place in Gdansk for sure 🦜🤟🏼🎸 The only negative point in poland is that you have to pay for toilets, this is something I will never understand.
