Today I was up for an early dinner. No reservations, but they welcomed me just the same. Waiter was very kind and explained the menu and dishes very well and came by checking up in an unintrusive way. Excellent service for this place. The selection and quantity of meat was impressive, something for every wallets. Had the tartar for starter and chateaubriand for main. Very interesting and flavorfull tartar with some gastrict marinated Enoki mushrooms and bread to die for came along. And the chateaubriand was perfectly cooked, tender with texture, excellent clean flavor and a side of roasted greens. All enjoyed to easy listening music. Would i come back here again? Big yes! And so should you. For once there is pictures.
As a carnivore lovers, we have to admit, that this was one of the top places, we ever visited. The price was absolutely worth it. The staff, the meat and the small place with only a few tables makes it special and memorable. After first visit, we booked a table for a next day as well.

We've been here three times now, and it has become an absolute must-visit for us every time we're in Gdańsk. The food is consistently excellent - top-quality meat, perfectly cooked, and paired with great sides and drinks. On our latest visit we had rib eye, Kagoshima Wagyu, grilled vegetables, fries, sauces, and a great selection of cocktails and drinks - everything was spot on and clearly prepared with care and pride. What really elevates the experience, though, is the service. Our waiter all three times, Arthur, is simply brilliant. His enthusiasm, hospitality, and genuine kindness make you feel truly welcome from the moment you sit down. He clearly loves what he does, knows the menu inside out, and adds a personal touch that makes the evening memorable. He deserves immense credit. Crazy Butcher isn't just a great steakhouse - it's a place where food and service come together perfectly. Highly recommended, and already looking forward to our next visit.
