This is an amazing spot! Wonderful Italian food with very fresh ingredients! The Bruschetta pomodore was filled with beautiful tomatoes and garlic and Basil! Fabulous! The Bruschetta with figs and mozzarella was also wonderful. The pasta with pesto cream and shrimp dish was perfectly Al dente and not overpowering. Light and flavorful. Our Waitress Ada was courteous and prompt. A really good asset for this restaurant!
Ada was very friendly and helpful. I'm a vegetarian, and she made sure I could change items to be suitable for vegetarians. The service was wonderful and she made sure me and my group were happy and comfortable.
Sofia was great! And I came for the Tartufo pasta, but my stomach and heart were taken by the salad with apple! It was really really fantastic!! Also, great view!
Mixed experience, we visited Viceversa to enjoy the grilled octopus. It was everything else we’ve ordered that gave us mixed feelings about the place. We’ve ordered a beef tartare, which turned out to taste like a bland blended meatball, with some pickled onion on top and was super disappointing. The carbonara and the beef burger were as bland. The lasagna wasn’t bad but definitely not something exceptional and satisfying. The grilled octopus itself was quite well prepped, the serving was large, the potato confit was good and it was served with some grilled baby carrots and broccoli. The staff was lovely and attentive but I don’t think we’ll be back. We spent almost 600 pln and weren’t super happy with the experience.
Located on the beautiful river side, you can sit and enjoy a stunning view. The atmosphere is very friendly, home-like. We have been there for the Christmas lunch with my Italian parents and food did not disappoint! We had bruschette (gamberi and dolce vita), the flavours are delicate and balanced. And the first course: my tagliatelle perfectly cooked, truffle was delicious and abundant. Had a Hugo spritz, absolutely perfect. The tiramisù al pistacchio, very good and balanced! Kris speaks perfect Italian (as he said himself, polish by paper Italian at heart!), he's a very caring host, service was quick and on point under every point of view. A small "coccola" for when you want to taste the Italianess in Gdańsk! We were satisfied and I will come back for sure.
