We have stayed there for three nights. The hotel has a great location, easy to find, almost in the city center. Receptionist was polite and explained everything needed. The room was clean with a view into the inblock or garden. The mattress was great for sleeping, and we had no problem whatsoever. Breakfast was great with a different tastes from cheese, fish, eggs to pancake, pudding. Really cannot complain about our stay there.
We stayed at the hotel during the heatwave and the stuff specially Justyna did the best to make our stay pleasant. Room are clean and breakfast is excellent. The highlight of this hotel is service and stuff
NB! Hard bed! If you are looking for a nice place to relax, this is it, but be cautious! The beds are extremely hard...! Sorry, but even with 2 thin madrasses on top the bed was too hard. I could barely sleep at all. The floor was much more softer. If they change madrasses all over the hotel, people will start coming to this place. Breakfast was excellent and the room had a fridge. Unfortunately no view from the windows, they were located in the ceiling. The room looks very nice, but the bed killed it.
Q Hotel Grand Cru Gdańsk completely exceeded our expectations. Everything was perfect – from the cleanliness and excellent location to the well-equipped rooms. A big highlight was how quiet the hotel was; we couldn’t hear neighboring rooms or even the elevator. The breakfast offered a great variety and everything was absolutely delicious. The staff were the most helpful and friendly we have ever experienced. We would happily come back again!
Exceptionally good hotel. Well located, clean and tidy, nicely decorated. I got one of the biggest rooms I had stayed in. The reception and restaurant staff are very friendly, polite and helpful. Breakfast is great, impressive variety of choices. We used a conference room and it was great, everything parked and we got support every time we needed it. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone for business or private stay. A big thanks to Joanna and all the staff!
