Rooms: There rooms aren’t cleaned properly. The corner of our room had a whole bunch of dust and it wasn’t cleaned during our stay! Breakfast: The breakfast is terrible there isn’t a lot of selections and the tables weren’t clean! Couldn’t eat it at all during our stay especially because of dietary restrictions. Otherwise the hotel is decent and budget friendly but I wouldn’t recommend it!
Perfectly located hotel with clean rooms and a very good breakfast. We loved the family-friendly lobby with table tennis, table football, and a kids’ corner. The pram provided for our child was also a great help for long city walks.
Honestly it’s my 2nd time & this time it’s more intimate to me , Reason is during the is war time I’ve booked the hotel for almost 4 days , after the revised flight schedule I asked them & the manager politely helped me out . My check out was early morning to my surprise they kept the food for me ready at 5:30 am , this is really a great gesture . I always a recommend the stay , the staffs every one here . It will be an amazing stays & honestly all my future stays will be here .
Good location near Old town. Friendly and helpful service. Breakfast was quite reasonable. Room size and beds OK, however wall to wall carpet is not a hygienic idea in a hotel room. Separate toilet without a wash basin was strange as it meant every time a visit to the bath room for a hand wash. Shower cubicle in the bath room was small and uncomfortable to use. Overall still good value for money.
We had an amazing few days in Gdansk. All the staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly, and couldnt do enough for you. Hotel room was comfortable, clean and a good size. The breakfast was delicious with lots to choose from. Excellent location and a very short walk to the old town and many shops. It was a very comfortable stay, and when we return to Gdansk we would definitely return here.
