Great stay at the Radisson Hotel in Gdańsk. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the Old Town. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast with plenty of options, and great spa facilities. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Gdańsk!
Drain in bathroom not closed. Staff in breakfast restaurant sound like they have given up on life, when they confirm the room number and say 'enjoy'. There Is an ala carte menu in the breakfast restaurant, but it requires you to catch one of the staff, which is not easy. The bed is great. TV does not support casting, so watching my streaming services on my phone - can't remember the last time that happened at a hotel in this class. The above is minor annoyances, and as such the place is fine, but it feels old. The rooms are quiet and for a business trip that might be the most important thing. The bed is good, and breakfast buffet is on the good side, but you also pay premium for it. If I was a tourist I would skip it and find a real breakfast restaurant nearby - pay less and have a good experience.
We had a wonderful experience at Deo Restaurant & Bar. Magda was exceptionally kind, accommodating, and hospitable throughout our visit, making us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. The champagne was lovely, and the beer was excellent as well. We especially enjoyed the large antipasti platter, which was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. Paired with the fresh bread, it made for a perfect start to our meal. Thank you, Magda, and the entire team for such a warm and enjoyable dining experience. We would happily return and highly recommend Deo Restaurant & Bar to anyone visiting Gdańsk.
What a fantastic experience! The restaurant is in a beautiful location right by the canal, with a great atmosphere and lovely views. The food was excellent, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. A special thank you to Magda, who was an outstanding waitress throughout our visit. She was friendly, attentive, professional, and made us feel genuinely welcome from start to finish. Service like hers really makes a difference. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food, excellent service, and a wonderful setting. We will definitely be back!
Stayed with my mother for my birthday and mother’s day, everything was just perfect. Location is awesome, you are right next to the old town. If you choose to stay in a river looking room, evening/night view also very nice. Staff is perfect, from reception (Ms Zofia) to housekeeping (Ms Ania) and to and to the mr who helped us with our stuff in the lock-room (young gentleman with the blond hair). All were smiling, happy faced and sincere which we found very welcoming and gave us a cozy atmosphere. We want you to thank all. Rooms are comfortable, there’s everything you will need, there also is an ironing set with its table. Bathroom also comfortable and room amenities were given and renewed when we wanted (coffee etc there is a coffee machine in the room) Conclusion: Book it with no hesitation.
