This was the first class of this format I've attended, and I really enjoyed it. Not only because of the expertise of the instructor, Ms. Alicja, but also because it helped me overcome my post-arthroscopic fear and anxiety about exercise. Alicja not only leads the classes professionally but also patiently explains what's going on. I recommend the classes not only to those who have had the procedure, but also to anyone looking for a different form of exercise and workout. I burned over 500 calories during the class 😉😁
For the first time, I realized that you can actually sweat in the water! A fantastic workout that's really intense, but also designed to work your entire body. The feeling after the class is amazing. I definitely recommend it!
The classes are great, everything is explained step by step, how to get started. I went for the first time because I was taking aqua aerobics and wanted to see if I could do it. It was fantastic. The classes are for everyone, and the feeling afterwards is incredible. I invite everyone. Best regards to the team.
A great atmosphere, the classes go by very quickly in wonderful, professional company. I recommend it to everyone, especially those who enjoy the water. It's a very enjoyable form of exercise. I've only been once so far, but I'll definitely be back!
