A great retro-style place that you don’t come across very often. We had some nice shots and really enjoyed the vibe inside. A fun and unique spot with a great atmosphere.
Small but very unique bar with a cool Soviet-style atmosphere. Cozy, different, and full of character. Definitely worth a visit if you want something a bit more special than an ordinary bar.
“No To Cyk” is a great pub with an 80’s Poland theme. They play great music on their speakers befitting of the theme, both in English, and Polish The drinks are good, and their prices are written on their walls which is a nice touch. There it is also written for how long those prices are active. There’s definitely an expert at sour drinks working at the pub(Thank you Klaudia). So if that is your thing here’s a good place for it, and you should 100% ask for the Mexican shot with tabasco. They also serve small dishes such as bread, and steak tartare, which we saw being ordered several times. However we did not try it. The only thing I can truly say I was slightly dissatisfied with, was the lack of cushioning on the main seating located on the ground floor of the establishment. I ended up preferring to stand at my table as opposed to sitting. But the table was also not on level ground so they were slightly wobbly which is not the best in a bar with drinks on all the tables. If you bring some dice, and game pieces the tables have a “LUDO” pattern on them as well! So you can relax and play some tabletop game while having your drinks!
Nice bar with good selection of beers and staff very friendly, seating down stairs and up stairs, upstairs ceiling has items on display under glass.
