We stayed at Villa Pica Paca in Gdańsk for a weekend trip, and our experience was excellent. The location is perfect, everything is very easy to reach, making it ideal for exploring the city on foot. What truly stood out, however, was the kindness and flexibility of the staff. On the last day of our stay, my wife became quite ill. The team was extremely helpful, showing us where the nearest pharmacy was and allowing us to check out two hours later, free of charge. When we realized she still didn’t have the energy to leave, and we had a night train, they kindly offered to let us stay until the evening for a very reasonable price. Their understanding and support made a stressful situation much easier for us. Highly recommended for both the location and the genuinely caring service.
