The apartment complex is newly built, our studio was facing the construction but also river and marina. We have rented studio with a small kitchen. Everything was clean, a lot of storage, kitchen was well equipped, even with 4 tablets for dish washing machine. Easy check-in and check out. Complex has gym, sauna, indoor playground which works from 8 am till 11 pm (you have to go to the building 4 and request security for the key). The complex has small convenient store with coffees and hot dogs. We were sleeping on the sofa but it was comfortable. Windows have no blinds and facing sunrise which woke kids up from 5 am:) It is only 10-15 min walk to the beautiful downtown. Would have been great to know about the complex amenities in some room leaflet (gym, sauna, kids playgrounds especially, etc.) since on a rainy day with small kids it's pretty challenging to stay in one room.
Spent two nights here on a ground floor apartment. No reception but a guard at the building entrance. Building is located so you have to sometimes wait for a bridge that goes up/down every 30 mins to get to the main town. Not a big deal. Pleasant room with nice about of space and a nice 🚿 Provided plenty of 🍵 and thats a + for me. Good price so overall can recommend.
