What can I say 5 star all round. Never been to Gdansk before and this place was spot on for location, in the centre of everything, yet in a quiet side street. The room was high end and exceptionally comfortable. I was a solo traveller, and with a huge two seater sofa bed in the living area and the double bedroom, this apartment was intended for 4 people, so I was exceptionally pleased with it. The windows looked out opposite the large church and the occasional bells were lovely to hear
I truly enjoyed my time at your hotel and appreciated the comfort, cleanliness, and quality of the services provided. Your staff was welcoming and professional, which made my visit even more pleasant.
We had a wonderful stay at this apartment and were very happy with the overall value! We booked via Booking.com and loved having a full two-room apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, which made our stay incredibly comfortable and just like home. 🏠 The location is absolutely perfect, making it an ideal base for exploring. The staff experience was a bit of a mixed bag. Some team members were incredibly friendly and helpful, and I want to give a huge shoutout to the lady who worked the check-in on june 11th, she was super! Others unfortunately seemed quite unmotivated. When we had to ask for an extra roll of toilet paper, we felt like a bother because the staff member was clearly uninterested and made that quite obvious, which was a shame. 😕 Beyond that, I wanted to share some constructive feedback to make the stay even better for future guests. Currently, there is renovation work happening on the ground level. The noise level is actually quite manageable, but being in room 16 apparently right above it, we were a bit startled at first. It would have been great to receive a heads-up beforehand so we could have prepared for it. Additionally, it takes a very long time for the water to get warm in both the bathroom and the kitchen, which made the first shower quite unpleasant. 🚿 Regarding the facilities, it would be helpful to have a pair of scissors in the kitchen, and the Wi-Fi signal unfortunately does not reach the living room, only the area near the bed. I also struggled with mobile reception in the living room, even by the window. My boyfriend had no issues with another carrier. 📶 Despite these minor points, it is a fantastic place to stay and we would be happy to come back again! Thank you for having us! ✨
really decent amenities (kettle, stove top, microwave, sink) and everything worked fine, especially for the price i have no complaints and it has everything needed for a few days trip! perfect location, easy access and helpful staff. pretty sure i saw a silverfish in the bathroom but thats harmless. will book again if i ever return to gdansk!
